1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RaddyananaRepair website (raddyananarepair.shop) and all furniture repair services provided by RaddyananaRepair, a Proprietorship Firm owned by Rahul Pundir Raddy Anana, registered at 1, Grand Southern Trunk Rd, Meenambakkam, St.Thomas Mount, Tamil Nadu 600016, India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Service Agreement

A binding service agreement is formed when: (a) the Client requests a repair service, (b) the Company provides a written estimate, and (c) the Client approves the estimate verbally, in writing, or via WhatsApp. The estimate constitutes the scope of work. Any additional work discovered during repair will be communicated to the Client for separate approval before proceeding.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to engage our services. By booking a service, you represent that you are the owner of the furniture or have authorisation from the owner to request repairs.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of labour charges. Material costs are listed separately in the estimate. GST is applicable as per prevailing rates. Payment terms are governed by our Payment Policy. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing if the actual scope of work differs materially from the initial estimate.

7. Warranty

All repairs come with a 6-month service warranty from the date of completion. The warranty covers the specific repair performed — if the same issue recurs within 6 months due to workmanship defect, we will fix it at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover: (a) damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters, (b) normal wear and tear, (c) damage caused by third-party modifications, (d) termite re-infestation from external sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. The Company is not liable for: (a) pre-existing damage not identified during inspection, (b) consequential or indirect damages, (c) delays caused by material unavailability or force majeure events, (d) colour variations in polish or fabric that are within industry-acceptable tolerances.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on raddyananarepair.shop — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the intellectual property of RaddyananaRepair. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, material shortages, or transportation disruptions.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
