RaddyananaRepair is committed to ensuring the safety of our clients, their property, and our technicians during every service visit. This policy outlines the safety measures, verification processes, and property protection standards we maintain.
2. Technician Verification
- All technicians undergo Aadhaar-based identity verification before joining our team.
- Police verification is completed for all field staff.
- Each technician carries a company ID card with photograph, name, and employee number.
- Before each visit, the client receives the technician's name and photo via WhatsApp for verification.
- Clients can call our office at +91 96520 25630 to verify any technician's identity.
3. Training and Certification
- All technicians complete a minimum 3-month in-house training program.
- Specialised training for chemical handling (termite treatment, polish application).
- Annual safety refresher courses for all field staff.
- First aid training for emergency situations.
4. Property Protection
- Technicians use protective sheets and covers to protect floors, walls, and surrounding furniture.
- Shoe covers are worn inside the client's home.
- Dust and debris are cleaned up after every repair.
- If any accidental damage occurs to client property during service, we take full responsibility and repair or compensate.
5. Chemical Safety
- All chemicals used (termite treatment, polish, adhesives) are CPCB-approved and industry-standard.
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available on request for any chemical used.
- Clients are informed about ventilation requirements after chemical-based treatments.
- Technicians use appropriate PPE (gloves, masks, goggles) when handling chemicals.
- Clients with children, pets, or health sensitivities are given specific safety instructions.
6. Tool and Equipment Safety
- All power tools are regularly inspected and maintained.
- Technicians carry their own tools — no client equipment is used.
- Electrical safety checks are performed before using power tools at client locations.
7. Insurance
Our technicians are covered under workmen's compensation insurance. In the unlikely event of an accident during service, the Company bears all medical and compensation costs.
